Combine all ingredients, stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Stir the sugar, lime juice and tea until the sugar is well dissolved, then add the hull of your squeezed lime and the rest of the ingredients to your shaker. Shake until chilled and strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime.
Shake with crushed ice and pour drink, including ice, into a tiki mug. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
2 oz Scotch
.5 oz Lillet blanc
.5 oz Sweet vermouth
