3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1.5 oz Dry Gin
¼ oz St Germain
India Pale Ale

Shake the Gin, St. Germain and Grapefruit juice with ice until well chilled. Strain over ice into a rocks glass and top with beer. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Pink Lady
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz applejack
1/4 oz lemon juice
1-2 dashes grenadine
1 egg white
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Shake with ice until well chilled and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

In A flash
1.5 oz blanco tequila
1 oz cucumber juice
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz cinnamon syrup (1:1)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: cucumber slice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a coupe and garnish.

Big Red
2 oz navy-strength gin
.67 oz fresh grapefruit juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice, plus .5 of a lime
.5 oz Cherry Heering
.5 oz cinnamon syrup
1 tsp. orgeat syrup

Combine 1 .5 oz gin, juices, Heering, syrup, and orgeat. Shake with ice until well chilled, and strain into a coupe glass. Turn a squeezed out lime hull inside out. Float on top of the cocktail, fill with the rest of the gin, and set it on fire.
