1.5 oz Green Chartreuse
1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
Lemon twist & maraschino cherry to garnish
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the twist and cherry.
Silent Gem
1 oz Silencio Mezcal
1 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Orange bitters
Lemon twist and maraschino cherry to garnish
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Ritz Bijou
1.5 oz Hendricks Gin
.75 oz Dry Vermouth
.75 oz Orange Curaçao
Lemon twist and maraschino cherry to garnish
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Frozen Peach Daiquiri
2 oz white rum
1 tsp simple syrup
2 oz fine chopped fresh peach
Combine all ingredients in a blender with .5 cup crushed ice. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
