Add the first three ingredients with ice in a metal shaker. Shake until the sides frosts and strain into a tall Collins glass filled with cracked ice. Float 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters on top. Garnish with a Mint Sprig and/or a fruit slice.
Hot Coffee Grog
2 oz Demerara rum: Lemon Hart and El Dorado 12 are good choices
4 whole cloves (or .25 tsp. ground cloves)
4 to 6 oz fresh-brewed coffee, to taste
.25 oz allspice liqueur (or .25 tsp. ground allspice)
2 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 oz Jamaican rum: Appleton Estate Extra is a good choice
long strip of orange zest, for garnish
In a tall, heatproof glass or mug, dissolve the sugar or honey in a little hot coffee, then add the remaining ingredients. Stir with the cinnamon stick; garnish.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and Fernet Branca. Shake 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with mint leaf.

.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz Campfire Syrup™
Lemon peel and cocktail cherry for garnish
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon peel and cocktail cherry flag.
