Chris is spending is money like a madman and Ben made himself 50% less sick in five minutes.

The Recipes:

2 oz rye or bourbon
.75 oz Grand Marnier or orange curaçao
2 dashes absinthe or pastis
.25 oz grenadine
.25 oz lemon juice (optional)
1 small egg white

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice, then add ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Agave Ginger-Ritaagave-ginger-rita
1 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
.25 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Fresh lime juice
.75 oz Ginger Root Simple Syrup
1 Egg white

Rub the rim of a highball glass with a cut lime, then coat the rim with salt, fill with ice and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

8 oz Tea, Earl Grey, hot
1 oz grand mariner

Combine ingredients in a spacey tea cup and serve.

Fancy Bourbon Punch
1 liter Bourbon
1 cup granulated sugar
Peels of 3 lemons and 1 orange
Juice of peeled fruit
1 liter of strong tea (preferably green tea)
250 ml champagne (club soda can be used for a less fancy version)
Freshly grated nutmeg

Combine sugar and citrus peels in the bottom of a punch bowl. Muddle together until sugar starts to clump together. Let sit for about 2 hours, (while not necessary, this does add a little complexity). Brew the tea for about 30 minutes, remove loose tea or tea bags, and allow to cool. Add the juice of the peeled fruit, tea, and bourbon. Stir. Top with champagne just before serving and stir gently. Top with freshly grated nutmeg and serve.
